Welcome to Fuel Focus. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fuel Focus mobile application (“the App”), operated by Fuel Focus (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.1 The App is designed to assist users in managing meal plans, scheduling meals, generating shopping lists, tracking mood, and using focus-related tools such as timers and tips.

1.2 You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

1.3 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.1 To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

2.2 You must not share your login credentials with others or use another user’s account without permission.

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

3.1 The App provides general information and tools related to meal planning and focus improvement. It is not a medical or nutritional service, and the information provided should not replace professional medical or dietary advice.

3.2 We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content; however, we do not guarantee that all information will be error-free, complete, or up to date.

3.3 The App and its features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4.1 Some features of the App may be available under a paid subscription model. The pricing and payment terms will be clearly stated before purchase.

4.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

4.3 Promotional offers or discounts may be provided at our discretion and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

5.1 Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and store personal data.

5.2 We retain limited data for up to three (3) months after an account is cancelled, solely for marketing purposes (e.g., reaching out with discount offers).

5.3 We do not track user location, habits, or store personal notes made against meal plans.

6.1 All content, design, features, trademarks, and code within the App are the property of Fuel Focus or its licensors and are protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6.3 You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7.1 The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the App for your specific needs.

7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Focus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

7.3 You acknowledge that use of the App, including meal planning and focus tools, is at your own discretion and risk.

8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any remaining data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9.1 We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be published in the App and on our website.

9.2 Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
